Handing Over The New Sign
For some time the lane that connects Cheapside Lane with the cricket ground has been bereft of a sign identifying the ground as where Denham CC play.
Not any longer. Mr Rogers, father of Sam, Denham's best-known younger cricketer, took it upon himself to build a colourful new sign.
Here it is being passed to the club on 2nd August. From left to right we have Pete Schembri (Denham CC Hon Treasurer), Sam Rogers and Geoff Inglis (Denham CC Hon Secretary). (Picture by Dave Maynard).
