Denham Sunday XI had an average season, with some close games which could have gone either way, but with some excellent contributions from individuals. Sunday Averages

Dave Maynard won the Sunday batting award with 529 runs. He was well supported by James Nicholas 391 runs, Stuart Payne 357 and Faisal Mahmood 320 runs.

There was also some good bowling performances with Harish Bhatt winning the bowling award with 23 wkts. He was well supported by James Nicholas 17 wkts, Faisal Mahmood 13 wkts, Richie Braithwaite 10 wkts and young Gerald O’Hara 8 wkts - which was an excellent contribution as he only started playing regularly in August. With lots of practice and determination he will develop into a good bowler. Keep up the good work,Gerald.
