Inserted on a "sticky", Denham Sunday XI batsmen struggled to gain any momentum against tight bowling by Pacific.

Nobody succeeded in pacifying the bowling, or the wicket, and the home side were dismissed for a meagre 71 runs.

Pacific replied slowly but doggedly and reached their target for the loss of 4 wickets. Positives for Denham were the bowling of Faisal Mahmood and two good catches by Pete Schembri and Richie Braithwaite.
